Completely renovated in the early 1990's, the house boasts high ceilings and hardwood floors, creating an open sunny environment. Kiwi House has all the amenities for a comfortable and private stay.

New England colonial, three-bedroom home plus a finished attic can accommodate up to ten people. Large living room with granite fireplace, dinning room and sunroom.

Rates

APRIL - OCTOBER
$1,100 - $1,650 PER WEEK, $250 - $375/NIGHT (with a 2 night minimum required April - June, and Sept. - Oct. Weekly rentals required July - August.)

NOVEMBER - APRIL
Kiwi House is available for $175 - 250 night with a two night minimum.

Deposits & Cancellations:
A 50% deposit is required to secure all reservations. Being a small family owned business, cancelled reservations affect us significantly, therefore, deposits will be refunded only if your reservation is cancelled 90 days before arrival (minus a $100.00 service fee). The full rate will be charged if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of a guaranteed reservation. There is no rebate for early departures unless we are able to rent the accommodations.

Directions to Kiwi House:
Take Route 128 North towards Gloucester and Cape Ann. There are 2 rotaries in Gloucester. Go 1/2 way around each rotary, follow signs to Rockport. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left. Go appx. 3.5 miles to first major intersection in Rockport called '5 Corners.' Bear left on 127 North towards Pigeon Cove. The seventh house on your right (white with blue shutters and a white fence) is Kiwi House. Kiwi Cottages is behind Kiwi House.

• Air-conditioned cathedral ceiling cottage. Bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper is provided in the living room.
